Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated based on the country and shipping method selected.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship domestically within the United States and to select international locations. Shipping times vary by region, and international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at nxtplayathletics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the tracking number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. 

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, shipping times may be extended due to carrier delays.
